Option to display Wiki-Style Render in Excel/CSV exports

      Issue Summary

      When exporting issues for All fields using CSV or Excel it will display the wiki markup of the fields. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add Wiki-mark up into fields such as Description
      2. Export (All Fields) CSV and Excel 

      Actual Results

      Suggestion

      Have an option that would allow the wiki-style render to be removed or added into the CSV or Excel exports.
