      Currently, it is not possible to create a Workflow condition/validator based on a JQL search

      Suggested Solution

      Add the possibility to use a JQL search result as a Workflow condition/validator

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. But, you can use some 3rd party plugins, such as:
