As explained in the documentation Workflow properties, it is possible to add some properties to workflow status, so that a Jira ticket in that status can behave differently.

For example, when using the property key jira.permission.assignable.group, we can limit the users who can be assigned an issue to only members of a specific group.

The problem is that our official documentation does not provide the entire list of these properties and how to use them.
