Summary

Portfolio plan taking time when the plan has a configuration to list any  custom field of type label. 

How to Replicate

• Create a plan and configure the plan to list any custom field with a type label

Observation

• Plan mare server call for loading the page. One the call for loading the labels is "/rest/jpo/1.0/labels"
• This takes more time 10-13 sec for instance of huge size (7M issues )
• This is because Jira searches through all issues on the instance to which projects the current user has access to

Suggestion

• It would be great, if we search only for the issues on the project where the plan is configured
