Cloudflare Rocket Loader is an optional feature of the Cloudflare CDN which allows for JS minification, and asynchronous JS loading, which allows for HTML and CSS to be loaded without waiting on JS to load.

Some pages in Jira, notably the audit log page, load as blank pages when using Rocket Loader. As Rocket Loader can increase the speed of page loads, it would be an advantage to be able to use Rocket Loader without compatibility issues with the way our resources are loaded and rendered.
