Issue Summary

Update check on Jira says essential plugins like Advanced Roadmaps are incompatible. Starting from Jira 8.15 Advanced Roadmaps is now part of Jira Software Data Center, so it's bundled and not available as a separate Add-on.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Jira instance (version 8.14.0 or lower) installed along with the "Advanced Roadmaps for Jira" (version 3.29.8 or lower) app.
2.  Access the App compatibility checker tool.
   To access this page we can follow two different paths.
   • Either go to Jira administration (gear icon) > Manage Apps > Find new apps, and click on the JIRA update check link at the bottom of the page.
   • Or go Jira administration (gear icon) > Applications > Plan your upgrade, expand Step 3, and click on the JIRA update check link.
3. Once we're on the app compatibility page, for the Check compatibility for update to select 8.15.0 or higher.
4. Click on Check

Expected Results

Update check reports proper compatibility data.

Actual Results

Update check is false positive.

Workaround

Disable the plugins marked as incompatible and upgrade Jira. After the upgrade, check to ensure the new bundled versions are enabled.
