Some words are not searchable in JQL when the index language is Spanish.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue with the word "Estado" in its summary
2. JQL search: summary ~ "Estado"

Expected Results

The issue should be presented in the results.

Actual Results

The Issue is not found in the results.

Workaround

Switch the index language to English.
