Issue Summary
Plugin install shows "An unexpected error occurred. Please refer to the logs for more information."
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to admin UI, Manage Apps, User-installed apps, Upload app
- upload the application jar
Expected Results
The modal window shows progress, disappears on completion, and the page shows the installed plugin.
Actual Results
A page element appears in red "An unexpected error occurred. Please refer to the logs for more information." The modal window does not show progress and does not go away on completion. Page does not refresh to see the new installed plugin.
No exceptions are thrown in the atlasian-jira.log file:

Workaround
Refresh page manually to see new installed plugin. This is a nuisance and misleading to the admin user, although the plugin installs correctly.
