VoiceOver crashes Jira iOS app

      Issue Summary

      VoiceOver crashes Jira iOS app on "Notifications" screen and during mention selection

      Steps to Reproduce

      STR 1

      1. Select mention on `Notifications` or `Issue Details` screen

      STR 2

      1. Close the app
      2. Open the app through 'Hey Siri, open "Jira Data Center and Server app"'

      STR 3

      1. Open "Notifications" tab
      2. Say "Hey Siri"
      3. Wait for siri dialog to be dismissed

      Expected Results

      App shouldn't crash

      Actual Results

      App crashes

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            The issue is fixed in Jira 1.31.0.
            Feel free to download new version and check it.

            an alternative method to crash the app when using VoiceOver - probably related - would be.

            • Open the Jira DC app
            • click on the Issues tab
            • select a randomly chosen  issue
            • scroll inside the issue ( three finger swipe down and up )

            Sometime the app already crashes when opening an issue, if not it usually does after scrolling down inside the issue.
            It's not consistent on every try. But I haven't closed the app after each attempt. Hope that helps.
