Issue Summary

The cumulative flow diagram refine report isn't scaleable . Adding too many JQL filters we don't see any of the selection past the Report fileters boarder

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Board settings>configure>Swimlanes>Change the swimlanes to "queries">Add atleast 10 jql queries
2. Go to reports>Cumulative flow diagram>check refine report >you won't see any selection past first 5 filters

Expected Results

The filters should be scalable

Actual Results

Filters arr not scalable and you won't see any selection past first 5 filters

Workaround

Tested this in version 8.19 and 8.13  its working fine
