Add display name attribute for custom field

For Jira implementation with a large number of projects, it would be ideal if custom fields could have an attribute at the context or field configuration scheme level where the name of the field as it appears on a screen can be modified. A feature similar to this is currently available in the portal of JSM. Ideally, this would allow fields to be reused for multiple purposes in larger implementations without having the adverse performance impact of creating new custom fields for each instance where you need a new field name.
