Using keyboard shortcut duplicate comments

      Issue Summary

      After testing multiple possible causes it was discovered that using the keyboard shortcut to post a comment with "Ctrl + Enter" and pressing it two times duplicates the comment.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a new Project.
      2. Create a test issue.
      3. Go to the comments section.
      4. Write a test comment.
      5. Press and hold "Ctrl" and then press "Enter" two times.

      Expected Results

      Comment to be posted.

      Actual Results

      Two comments appear on the issue.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
