Problem

Jira Software and JSM 8.17/4.17, 8.18/4.18,8.19/4.19 (possibly older versions, as well) ships with MsSQL JDBC Driver 9.2.1, but our Supported Platforms for Jira documentation only lists 7.2.1 as supported. Release notes don't indicate when the switch in the shipped version was changed, either, unlike the change to JDBC version 7.

Proposed Solution

List the shipped version of the driver as a supported version in our documentation.

Consistency between practice and documentation allows for clearer communication and understanding for both support teams and customers.
