Using the Upgrade Matrix link does not take you to the Upgrade Matrix page

Issue Summary

In the Upgrade Checklist article, the first row of the table, "Research & decision" contains a link under the column "Notes" to the Upgrade Matrix.  The URL of the link points to the Upgrade Checklist, the same page it is on, as opposed to the Upgrade Matrix. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/upgrade-checklist-966063320.html
2. Click the Upgrade matrix link at the top of the table

Expected Results

Clicking the Upgrade Matrix should take you to https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/upgrade-matrix-966063322.html

Actual Results

Clicking the Upgrade Matrix currently does nothing; it just reloads the same page.

Workaround

The Upgrade Matrix link in the Related Content pane on the right is a correct link.
