Issue Summary
Editing a table to apply/change colors mess up the table format
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a table with 5 rows and columns or use the same data given below:
Rating How many vehicles How many customers Risk (Hazardous event) probability Risk (Harm) Impact Regional extension 1 <100 1 1 Single use case in one specific road 2 100<x<1,000 2 2 Limited to 1 nation 3 1000<x<100,000 1 3 Limited to 1 region (EU, China, US…) 4 100,000<x<1,000,000 2 4 4 Limited to 2 regions 5 1,000,000<x >2 5 5 Global Change the color twice or thrice for two or more values and save it.- I couldn't replicate it, but I've noticed that the above table has some colors already applied to some cells - it seems that changing color of cell that has already some color set causes double color tags to be appended.- select all data in some cell that has no color set yet
- change color of selected cell to red
- save description
- open edit again in visual mode and select all data from updated cell (should have red colour)
- change color to green - there should be no update of the color visible in the visual mode, if you switch to text mode you will see double color tags
- This will change the format of the table as the color tag is added twice. This can be observed from the text editor.
Expected Results
While changing the color remove the older color tag and keep just the selected color.
Actual Results
Table format changes and makes it unreadable.
Workaround
Use "clear format" from the "more" menu prior to setting up colour
