Issue Summary
Some users with mobility disabilities cannot grip a mouse and they use the keyboard alone to navigate websites.
There is content that is only visible if hovered by the mouse, so keyboard users have no access. Tooltips should be designed to be keyboard-operable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Issue reproduced with both Firefox 91.0.1 (64-bit) and Chrome Version 92.0.4515.159 (Official Build) (x86_64),
- Access the Release Page on our jira.atlassian.com: https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/JRASERVER?selectedItem=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin%3Arelease-page&status=unreleased
- Using only the keyboard, press <tab> to reach the Progress Bar for one of the versions, for instance, 8.21.0
Expected Results
- See the tooltip for the version, the same presented when using the mouse hover
Actual Results
- We can not access the progress bar using the keyboard
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
