Issue Summary

Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools plugin does not recognise SQL Server Azure as supported database version.
Problem was fixed in ATST 1.32.14 version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jira 8.5.15:

    JIRA Installation Type : Standalone

2. Update the ATST plugin to 1.32.13 version:

3. Re-run Health Check from ATST, you should see the warning as below:

Expected Results

Healthcheck for jira.healthcheck.supported.db.name should not report any error

Actual Results

Healthcheck for jira.healthcheck.supported.db.name shows it's incompatible.

Workaround

1. Disable the Healthcheck for healthcheck.end.of.life.name and jira.healthcheck.supported.db.name to avoid spam.
2. Downgrade the ATST to version lower than 1.32.13
