Users with motorial disabilities can not use the keyboard to reach editable fields easily as the "pencil" icon used to make the field editable is only reached using mouse hover.
Fields:

• Issue Type
• Summary
• Description
• Priority
• Component/s
• Sprint
• Affects Version/s
• Fix Version/s

For these users, they need to:

• Press <Edit> button to open the edit dialog OR
• Use the keyboard shortcut <e> to open the edit dialog OR
• Use the keyboard Search Field, available at the <,> keyboard shortcut, search for the field, select, provide the value.
  • Exception for this is the keyboard shortcut for Assignee (<a> or <i>) and Labels <l>

We would like to have a keyboard shortcut to reach these fields using the keyboard directly.
Some options:

• The pencil button could be reachable using the keyboard;
• Add direct access to the fields (as exists for Assignee and Labels);
• Create a single "pencil" keyboard shortcut that would make all the editable fields (as Summary, Description, etc) available for edition at a glance.
