Issue Summary

When editing a comment on a new browser tab and making the text area bigger, the bottom bar will overlap with the Save/Cancel options.

Issue has been reproduced on versions 8.17.0 and 8.17.1. This issue did not happen on an older version we tested (8.11.0).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click to edit a comment in a new tab.
2. On the new tab, by making the text area bigger, the bottom bar will overlap with the Save/Cancel options.

Expected Results

Screen will adjust to the text area size accordingly.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. This issue does not happen if you edit the comment on the same tab.
