Issue Summary

When editing an issue, if you paste the value White,Blue as a label it will add a label "White,Blue".

This suggestion is to allow customer to determine a separator to produce two labels White and Blue on the example above.

For reference, currently this does not work with space either - it attempts to create with space and errors out.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On issue view, add labels by pasting contents with a comma like White,Blue.

Expected Results

Two labels are added: White and Blue.

Actual Results

One label White,Blue is created.

Workaround

Paste the labels individually.
