Our teams would like to log a feature request for Jira Align (apologies for logging it here since I couldn't seem to find the Align project) 

In Align, we would like to track if a Risk actually occurred during a PI and would like a place to document what happened for future reference. There are a few fields attributed to risks but not currently one that keeps track of if that risk was realized or not. Currently we're using tags for this but they're harder to sort through than we were anticipating.
