    Description

      When you select adminsitration link the admin column with all the admin links is not displayed at all, only a list of the projects with options for View | Details | Perms | Del. When you select e.g. View then the admin column is displayed. Correct behaviour?

      If you then enter an issue ref in 'View Issue' the left column remains while displaying the issue inteh right column. Correct behaviour?
