      Problem Definition

      In Jira 8.17, "Refreshed commenting experience" is released, and the Comments tab UX is changed from the old one.

      Until the new commenting UI improved or the user gets used to the UI, the customer wants to use legacy commenting UI.

      Suggested Solution

      • Provide the dark feature to use legacy commenting UI
      • Improve comment URL link(permanent link) button
        • legacy: there is a permanent link icon
        • new: we need to click the time area(ex: 25 minutes ago, etc.)

      Workaround

      • There is no workaround now.
