Ability to reorder validators in a workflow transition

Currently, if you have multiple validators in a transition, if the top validator in the list fails during the transition Jira will show only this top validator error before running the remaining validators in the transition.

In some specific use cases as an Admin I would like to have the ability to change the validator order so that I can decide which error will be shown to the users first.

Eg: in the fields validators below, I would like the users to see the 'Linked URL' validator error first, but if they didn't populate the Field3, the error for Linked URL will not show up during the transition validators:

Workaround:

As an admin, I can recreate the validators in the order I prefer.
