Problem Definition:

Since we have many users interacting on a same project, and sometimes on a same issue, having more than a couple of users interacting by the Issue comments can be tricky and mislead the communication process.
Therefore, we would like to suggest these improvements as follows:

Suggested Solution:

Improvements in Comment Section of an Issue for better traceability and better usage:

• In an issue, we should be able to add In Line comments.
• If there are multiple comments posted in an issue, we should be able to reply back to any one of the comments.
• Currently the comments just keep getting added and travels to the bottom, we cannot address the comment made by other person.

Filtering Comments:
When there are too many comments on an issue, we would like to have a mechanism to filter out based on:

• person
• date
• keywords

By structuring issue comments area in such a manner, it can speed up ideas exchanges and avoid communication downfails.
