Allow filter subscription notifications to be sent byweekly

      Summary

      Currently, there is no way to configure filter subscriptions byweekly, for example, set it up to occur every Tuesday.
      You can configure it:

      • Daily
      • Days per week
      • Days per month
      • Advanced (CRON expression)

      You can configure it so it runs every first and 15th day of the month, but the day of the week it happens will vary. Cron expressions do not natively support the "every two weeks" time period as well.
