Availability of Java LTS versions (from https://adoptopenjdk.net/support.html):
- Java 8 (LTS) till at least May 2026
- Java 11 (LTS) till at Least Oct 2024
- Java 17 (LTS) starting from Sep 2021
Suggested Solution
Ship AdoptOpenJDK JRE 11 with Jira installer.
Workaround
Install a supported version of Java 11 manually
