Supported Platform documentation for 8.16 is not right

      Problem Definition

      At the moment, the supported OS, Java, Browser for Jira 8.16 is confusing as there are repetitive information and the browser supported for Edge Chromium is not consistent.

      Suggested Solution

      Please remove the repetitive information on OS, JAVA, browser and Databases and also the support for Edge Chromium if that is only available for 8.17
