Issue Summary

Create Vs resolved issues report does not adhere to date format on look and feel config

Steps to Reproduce

1. Update the look and feel date format to dd/MM/YY
   
2. Create a sample scrum project (SCRUM1)
3. Under the project add the report "create vs resolved issues report" with default configuration (per screenshot)
   
4. Observe the generated report

Expected Results

The generated report should contain the dates as per dd/MM/YY

Actual Results

The generated report does not adhere to the dates format as per dd/MM/YY

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
