When try to add edit the comment containing more than 40 lines in the new tab then the comment window does not adjust as per the data added to the comment window. On trying to change the comment windows height from Inspect elements the height option is disabled and does not allow the option to change the height 

Added the screenshot of how the comment widows look unorganized and distorted.

It is replicable on all browsers and only replicable for version 8.15. I tested this with an older version and it works fine.

Steps to replicate:

• Edit an issue
• Edit a comment in the new tab which contain more than 40 lines 
• Add few more details to the comment and see that height of the comment tab is not adjusted
• Whereas when I checked this for other versions it worked fine
• The issue is replicable both in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome
