Comments in CSV should contains visibilty information

      Comments in CSV export don't have information about comment visibility:

      • for JSM projects is missing information about public/internal visibility
      • for JSW projects is missing "Restricted for" information

      Because of that if CSV export is used to import issues in Jira Cloud or other tools all comments are imported as public comments.

      CSV export should contain these missing data if they are available.
