Issue Summary

The dates shown on the BurnUp Chart do not conform to the settings in the Look and Feel -> Date/Time Formats configuration. The burndown chart works as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure the Date/Time format as dd/MMM/yy (e.g. 01/Jan/21)
2. Check the burnup chart.

Expected Results

Dates will be in 01/Jan/21 format

Actual Results

Dates are in 01/01/21 format, regardless of the config.

Workaround

There is no workaround for this issue.
