Issue Summary

Search Filters "Shared with" selected option is moving back to the default option "Anyone on the web" after a click on the "Search" button.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Issues -> Manage Filters -> Search -> Search Filters -> Shared with -> Select any option from dropdown (Eg: Project) -> Select the filters -> Click on Search button

Expected Results

As with other search options ( Search/Owner), the entered search criteria for "Shared with" should be stayed until the user delete it.

Actual Results

Entered "Shared with" option is being moved back to the default option (Anyone on the web).

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
