Create documentation on how to use Jira (Jira boards) using Screen Readers

      Issue Summary

      There is no available documentation on how to use Jira with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, etc)
      Especially with Jira Agile boards, which are known to have a big limitation with screen readers.

      Having documentation about what are the best approaches for possible scenarios will be good.
