Issue Summary
Dashboard - The owner can't edit gadgets when an admin adds "VIEW share" permission to the gadgets
We have disabled "Create Shared Objects" for all users. Only Admins can do. When users want to share, Admins do this for them.
Steps to Reproduce
- The user/owner creates a Dashboard and adds a couple of gadgets (private)
- Now admin searches at Administration>System>Dashboards for this board
- Admin selects this Dashboard and adds a "View Share" to it either of Group, project and any logged-in user
- Now the user/owner of this dashboard cannot edit the gadgets anymore
Expected Results
The user/owner should be able to edit the gadgets after the admin adds view permission for another group, projects, or logged-in user.
Actual Results
The owner of the gadget will no longer be able to edit the gadgets on the dashboard once admin share the gadget with View permission with other Group/project/any logged-in user
Workaround
For a workaround, we need to add the user to the group which has Create Shared Objects permissions under global permissions.
Note: owners of filters cannot edit their filters as soon as the filter is shared by an admin.
