Issue Summary

As per the documentation on Archiving an issue, each exported issue contains the following fields: system fields, archived by, archive date, and the URL, which is the direct link to the issue.
However, not all the fields are exported while doing a CSV (ALL) export.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Jira as a Jira System Administrator.
2. Browser through    > System > Import & Export > Archived Issues
3. Click on Export and choose "CSV (ALL)"
4. The CSV file only contains the following fields:
   Id,Project,Key,URL,Issue Type,Status,Creator,Reporter,Assignee,Archived by,Archived date,Summary,Description,Archived state

Current Output:
The CSV file only contains the following fields:
Id,Project,Key,URL,Issue Type,Status,Creator,Reporter,Assignee,Archived by,Archived date,Summary,Description,Archived state

Expected Output:
The CSV (ALL) export should include all System files by default.
