Issue Summary

I think we ( support engineers ) keep updating the following page but because it's part of the normal product documentation it keeps getting overwritten:

Either that or we just never bothered updating it.

Just two small edits:

• Added parameter commands to account for large export files: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-62752
• Added a note about invalid XML characters that includes a link to the XML cleaner

Either we never updated it ( possible ) or our changes are overwritten

Workaround

Went ahead and updated the page for now
