Bulk Edit Issues Component edit screen shows carats in drop-down Component select menu

Issue Summary

When moving Issues between Projects, you are prompted to select new values for fields if the value in Issue does not exist in the target Project.  

When selecting the Component, the drop-down menu contains carats that are layered over the selectable values.  This obscures the text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Bulk Edit to move Issues from one Project to another. The Issues must have a component value.
2. In the Operation Details screen, view the Field Value drop-down.

Expected Results

You can see the Component values that exist in the target Project. 

Actual Results

The displayed value is obscured.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
