Problem Definition

Cloning the production instance into staging/test environment will copy all relevant data including AppLinks. In most cases Jira admin wants to recreate those links in the corresponding environment and sometimes it can fail due to corrupted data (see Unable to create application links after cloning Jira Server)
It's a tedious manual process to delete all related AppLinks data.
