As Jira user I want to disable notifications for issues that I am the reporter

      As Jira user I want to be able to disable/enable notification preferences individually ( per user) e.g  today a user getting email notifications if he reported the issue.

      In Jira Cloud there is an option for each user choose which notification will receive or not.

      We need same feature in Jira Server.
