Add: 'Last Updated' to the search functionality in the Search Filters

With multiple Favorites Filters used within Dashboards, if someone makes a breaking change to the database schema (such as renaming a field), these filters all have to be updated with the new name. To my knowledge, the only way I can do this is to go under 'Issues' and edit all of my Favorites one at a time.

It would be nice to be able to see which ones have been already updated (based on the updated date), and which ones I have yet to complete.

Another way in which the updated field could be helpful would be that it could allow someone to infer whether or not a particular filter has been actively used (if all others have been changed recently, but one has not). Also, if someone changed the filter recently that may have caused an unexpected change to the dashboard, at least this could be known. Ideally, both the updated date and the person to have last updated would be good, but at least the updated date could rule out an explicit change to the filter itself if trying to debug a problem with a Dashboard.
