Issue Summary

The Jira iCalendar plugin is not data center approved on Jira 8.13, updating this plugin for LTS 8.13 is not supported and requests update.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade Jira DC with JSM to 8.13/4.13
2. Using the plugin manager, update to 1.7 for the iCalendar plugin

Expected Results

Bundled/Core plugins are compatible for LTS upgrades.
