Application access checkbox gets removed on removing default group

Issue Summary

There is a reported issue regarding the naming convention where when the user has assigned multiple groups that has application access to the user but on removing the default group the application access checkbox gets unchecked giving an impression of removal of application access permission although there are other groups associated that has been granted application access too.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a user
2. Assign this user access to two to three groups that have been granted application access ( ex: Jira software or Jira service desk )
3. assign this user the default group (i.e jira-software-users )
4. on removing the group ( jira-software-users) from user settings it unchecks the application access checkbox 
5. it gives an impression that application access has been removed from user privileges 

Expected Results

Application access check box should remain checked even on removing the default group

Actual Results

Application access check box gets unchecked
