Extra work required after each Jira upgrade to keep email templates up-to-date

      We are glad to announce that as a part of the improvements being done in JRASERVER-7266 , the issue was addressed. See related ticket for additional details.

      After each Jira upgrade, email templates get to default status which requires a backup and additional actions to replace the default ones. In the case of forgetting, customized email templates will not be working.
