Hello,
when clicking on the Insight field value in the ticket view the object overview window pops up. In this pop-up there are three blue arrows in the top right. This screen provides all other unresolved issues connected with this Insight object. It would be very nice to show (or filter) resolved issues here.
I know it is possible to click on the label/name of the object in the attribute's panel of the object overview and look for unresolved issues there. However, the way described above would be much more handy.

PS: I could not find any Insight Server support page anymore since you changed things for Jira Service Management and so on. Please feel free to allocate this request to the approriate project.
