Connector should have the relaxedPathChars/relaxedQueryChars in the documentation

Issue Summary

Connector on step 2 of Running Jira applications over SSL or HTTPS Advanced Configuration section should have the relaxedPathChars and relaxedQueryChars as it is needed since we updated Tomcat on Jira 8 per our KB article

Copy/paste connector from documentation

Expected Results

Example connector should work

Actual Results

Connector doesn't work as it is missing required parameters
