Issue Summary
Renaming the default issue type does not work in create screen view.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Issues --> Issue Types
- Rename any default issue type for eg. bug, EPIC, story. In this example, I have renamed EPIC to test rename
- The issue type will be renamed
- Now, try to create an issue with this new issue type
- The issue type drop down will not reflect the new Issue type instead it will show the issue type as EPIC
- In the view screen the issue type will reflect the new issue type i.e. test rename
Expected Results
The results should be consistent across all the screens.
Actual Results
The result is not consistent and this might create confusion for end users.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
