Issue Summary

We cannot change a favourite filter option at Edit filter popup pages.

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1: Navigate to Issues > Manage Filters > Click on cog icon > Edit > Try to uncheck the Favourite option (star)

Expected Results

We should be able to check and uncheck the favourite option under the Edit filter popup page.

Actual Results

Not able to check or uncheck the Favourite option under the Edit filter popup page.

Workaround

Navigate to Issues > Manage Filters > Check/uncheck Favourite option(star)
