    Description

      This issue is based on the same as described in JRASERVER-31260 - Bulk move issues will ignore the issue key sequence in the source project.

      As the original issue key sequence when bulk moving issues will not be developed, would it be possible to add an explicit banner to let the users know that the issues won't be recreated in any particular order?
