Issue Summary

Can we expand the available set of emojis. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Currently in RTE, we see limited number of emojis. 
2. As current ones are there for many years, and it is a really sad little number of them.
3. We received request to add more emojis. 

Expected Results

More emojis during editing the issue.
